Garden Seat Cafe Lunch Bar

Good food. Last time I was there they offered Cona coffee, but no barista style coffee. Service can be abrupt. There are signs around the cafe addressing the customer rudely. Not a modern cafe, but good quality food and handy location.

Love the pies from here. Top notch.

Convenient place to grab a pie after grocery shopping. Tasty hot pie to bring with you to the garden (beware of the many gulls). Coffee is okay, not exceptional.

A great new look and very friendly service. Coffee is much better than in the past and also cheaper. More variety of pies, my favourites are butter chicken and steak pepper. The vegetarian pie is also taste good.

Good quality pies for a really good price.
