We had a sliding door in the new house that was a different brand to the others and we didn't get given keys for. I emailed and was given a price for getting a couple of keys cut to fit if I bought the lock in and a price about $100 more for if they called out. I took the door lock in, and when I explained my situation the guy I dealt with suggested I just get the barrel replaced so he could match my other keys. He did it on the spot. Price was only $32 including another spare key. I've recommended them to another friend that is missing keys for three doors. Really pleased with his service!
