We had an issue with blocked drains that we thought was most likely due to tree roots. We got great customer service, sending someone around quickly. When the guy arrived, he was really nice to begin with, but didn't believe us about the tree roots. He insisted our toddler put something down the toilet (we knew this was absolutely not the case, but kept being accused of not watching him - he'd definitely blocked the drain flushing a toy or something down the toilet...). A couple of hours later, he finally said it was tree roots. Another hour and a half later he was "finished" flushing the drain. Absolutely MASSIVE mess, sewerage all over our back yard (in the summer heat), muck But we were glad to have it fixed.... but a month later the problem was back!! We were gutted!! After spending so much money, thinking it was done, cleaning up a HUGE mess before our toddler could play in the yard again. Called a plumber, they came out to see us, horrified the problem hadn't been fixed (couldn't believe the tree roots were not cut!), quickly cut back the tree roots, flushed out the drain, made no mess whatsoever. Wish we had called the other company first and saved ourselves hundreds of dollars :(
