Dog With Two Tails

This is my favourite Dunedin cafe. Great atmosphere, food and absolutely amazing hot chocolates. My son loves the little train that runs around the ceiling.

I ordered a ginger and pistachio slice along with a Doris plum shortcake.
The ginger and pistachio slice was only $2, so good, although the ginger part was definitely overly sweet, the base was yummy and crumbly and I enjoyed the pistachio. Would have been better if the ratio of the ginger part was less though as it was even too sweet for a sweet tooth like me to handle!

Delicious- great flavours that complimented each other. Loved the new menu. Staff very accommodating. Good atmosphere and great value for money def recommend

Lovely place for brunch. Good food and service. Car parking can be a problem in the evenings as town gets busy (esp Thurs, Fri, Sat)

Decent coffee, good food and very cool decor. It can be slightly slow in the morning so avoid if in a rush to get to work. However incredibly friendly staff!
