I have had Buildsmart do a range of work for me including a large bathroom/ bedroom renovation. First class workmanship, reliability and communication. Nothing is an issue and their pricing is always accurate and fair. I recommend them to anyone and everyone and personally would not use any other company. When water starts leaking through an interior wall you know you have a problem. The BuildSmart team Immediately identified the cause and within days had replaced a roof section. The most impressive aspects were their professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness. But the biggest surprise was the invoice, which was well under my expectations. I will definitely be using BuildSmart to complete the renovations on my newly acquired rental property. Wayne Alexander, Dunedin.

Great team at BUILDSMART if you are a Landlord and are looking at increasing your rent, or if your going to build a new home then i would recommend you talk with the boys at Buildsmart. small paint jobs to building they have it covered "CLICK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" give then a A+++
