My family have been really impressed with the care and attention that my mother has received over the last few years. We are really grateful to the friendly doctor, nurses and reception staff.

"refreshing", in bizarre way -- they don't mince words -- very busy clinic, so they haven't got time to ensure "old-style, consistent, patient-doctor patient relationships"; so if you'd feel in need of more consistent, "caring", comprehensive care, if your case is more "sensitive", or complex, they'll frankly tell you to find someplace else -- so not suited to many, as they'll be the first to say

Never seen on time with Dr Ann Horner.
Repeat prescriptions never sent to pharmacy; always need 2nd or 3rd visit to pharmacy before prescriptions were sent.

Yet another example of business dominating and surpassing past values concerning what should be supportive doctor-patient relationships. It's been around for a long time yet still, unsurprisingly -- given its primary emphasis on generating money for the doctors rather than providing quality, wholistic, health care -- it still has ample vacant slots for patients. So go here, if you must, but only for basic things, not for more complex conditions because the doctors won't know about them (even about such common conditions as diabetes or Parkinson's Disease), or for "support". And have as little as possible to do with the rude, officious, very unhelpful counter staff.

Good experience especially with COVID precautions.
