Big Save Furniture Dunedin

I ordered a tv unit and dining room furniture and i was told the truck would arrive on 31 Jan 2020 and today 4 Feb 2020 my furniture is still not at the depot. I have ordered from places in america that didnt even take this long and this should have been shipped from in new zealand. Horrible service. I will never do business through big save again.

Big save has good furniture at a reasonable price. Quality is sound

Very expensive. They also made a mistake and had the wrong price on a set of drawers ($199) they sold them to us for this thdn rang us a few days later telling us they were meant to be $649! Tried getting us to go back in and pay the difference! Luckily we knew our rights, but be careful.

Lounge suite broke within weeks of owning it. Staff members placed blame on members that no longer worked there for muck ups with orders. Constantly promised that things will be followed up and we would be contacted the next day and never heard anything. We got sick of following up and having to drive into the store as when we called staff would take messages and no one would call back. Wouldn’t buy from here again unfortunately. Also brought additional warranty and they changed provider and didn’t advise us and it didn’t cover pet scratches which is what we brought it for.

Staff was great. I was given enough time to sort out what was going to be suitable and bought a medium firm mattress in the end.
