Always seems to be such a long wait here. However the teller staff are really friendly and helpful.

Great bank, outside of the mall for ease,open 6 days,lots of parking,always clean and tidy,lots of staff to help and they have after hours deposit machines to use also, great bank

Can not fault. Have looked after my banking well sice the age of 12. I have had service that makes me feel confident in westpac. The shirley branch is fresh, clean, tidy and welcoming. Smart uniforms and store dacore. The services on offer have been great and iv never felt pressured or had things proposed to me that dont really work for me in my position. The online banking is also reaaly good and extremly easy to navagate. Parking is good to with the fact shiley is based in the palms mall.

This is the branch i frequent most. Have received really friendly and informative service on every visit. Bank itself is fresh, clean and tidy and being in the mall makes for handy parking.
