A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Ultimate Care Rose Court. This beautiful purpose built facility offers studios and apartments in a separate wing to the main care facility. With spacious hallways and lounge areas, a sunny conservatory, the facility wouldn¿t be complete without its stunning rose garden with ornate fountain. Our kitchen team create food to delight all our residents. Our Facility Manager says, "Our residents love being located in a quiet residential street, nestled amongst lovely homes and a caring neighbourhood. We have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility,UCG Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner, so there¿s a real sense of community as many residents already know each other."
