absolutely shocked with the customer service of this place, one of my most horrible experience of getting my nails done. The owner (Tang or Sang) was rude and appeared to be in a bad mood, She was speaking in her native tongue and it seemed like she was telling off one of staff and she was ignoring everyone else around her. Overall a horrible experience from the moment I walked in till I left. I will be making complaints regarding this place. Will never go back or recommend this place,

Terrible service, told me I had a wait if 10 min, while I was waiting they served another customer ahead of me. I ended up waiting 25min. Wasted an hour and 15 min there just to have my pedicure smudged because they were in a hurry to close.

I got my toes and fingers done here i wasnt impressed that after i paid before they started they upselled gel polish then told me it will cost more once they started doing it.

Unfortunate experience and i did go back and try again. The boss lady was really rude to customers. Telling one of the staff off in middle of the shop. The gel nails only lasted 4 days which was disappointing. Went back to ask about it and there were excuses. I reminded them of the fit for purpose and they redid the nails - lasted 6 days. I now go elsewhere

Quick and easy nails! Usually do a perfect job and decent price. I've had gel manicure and acrylic nails done here but never a pedicure. Clean looking shop. I prefer to go at s non busy time like when the mall opens especially around busy times like Christmas otherwise you may be asked to come back in 20 minutes etc.
