Tom helped us out with a pre-purchase inspection on a campervan at late notice, giving open and honest advice at a very reasonable rate. He also helped with a few queries after the inspection too. Poor effort. Asked him to give a mechanical report on a car, presale. Got front and back tyres mixed up as to which ones needed replacing. No emailed report just a text. Missed leaking fluid which we found post purchase. No texr reply either. I regret paying for this.
