Dark and dingy with a limited selection of products. The layout is confusing compared to other Warehouses. Friendly staff.

Sometimes this store can seem a little messy and unorganised. It has a good range of products and is a big store.

This isn't a bad store. It has a good range and as with the warehouse every think is well priced. However, on the weekends it can be very busy.

Experienced worst customer service from 2 of their front staffs. Went there to buy an electric blanket, the front staff asked me to pay $55 but when I confronted her saying that actual price showing on the display is $35 then the other staff said “ok then pay $35”
I felt so unwelcome and their staff doesn’t even apologise for their mistake. Never gonna shop there.

Went today to buy a heater. Easy to get a park. Shop was well laid out, tidy and easy to find things. They had a big display of all their heaters in the middle. Only 2 checkouts open, but it was quiter (middle of the day) so didn't have to wait long. The check out operator was friendly (she bantered a bit with each customer). Prices are always very affordable.
