These guys were fantastic when our heat pump needed replacing. After being disappointed by the first company I tried (they came to look at it but no further contact despite my follow up), I called The Heat Pump People. The person making the bookings was concerned that we had a young baby and no working heat pump and was able to get us an appointment very quickly. After the technician determined that the heat pump fault was serious and not worth fixing given its age, we requested a quote for a new pump. There was no hard sell and he suggested the right sized heat pump was similar to the one we already had (other companies will try to sell you a bigger unit). The quote arrived within a day and was very competitive. The two guys who came to install the new unit were friendly and efficient. We have had our new Daiken pump for a few weeks now and it is working very well. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks Brett for coming and servicing our heat pump it is now running way more efficiently and heating the room a lot better

I had these guys install a heat pump on my rental property. They outlined the job nicely and explained how to find a heat pump that would best suit my needs. Very professional and cost effective.
