Team Dental Riccarton

After accidentally missing a dental hygiene appointment at another dentist that couldn't book me in again for another month, I booked in here and an very pleased I did due to the Genoa pay option (pay off in 10 system) and prompt service as I had low-key gingivitis that I had imp roved greatly before the appointment but wanted to keep on top of. They are a small dentist but professional, clean and affordable particularly when using Genoa pay and they have onsite free parking which is handy. The dentist and assistant I had were both professional, patient with my sensitivity and entertaining which I appreciated. Brilliant dentist, will go back next time I need to for sure!

Gilbert is absolutely amazing. The best dentist I've ever experienced. He is consistently outstanding in terms of his practice and customer service.

I definitely recommend Team Dental Riccarton dentist Kevin Chew for the services he provided in getting rid of my gnarly wisdom tooth that was giving me a bit of grief!! Having just moved to Christchurch; I was unsure of which dentist to go to. I had a bit of a google, even, went to another dentist before I moved to Team Dental, a move I was very glad to do; I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I unfortunately need to see the dentist a bit, however, I have found Gilbert excellent to deal with. He has excellent communication and he makes you feel comfortable (as possible) through the process. He is frequently going beyond the call of duty; rechecking teeth, taking extra x-rays, and cleaning up previous dentist's dental work.

Their fees are reasonable, reception staff are good to deal with, and their hours are favourable for those who have to work 8.30-5!

I strongly recommend Team Dental if you are looking for a new dentist.

I've been going to Team Dental for almost 15 years and have never had a bad experience with them. I walk in in pain and walk out with a smile on my face (often crooked due to the anesthetic!). Kevin Chew is my preferred dentist but any of the others over the years have been friendly, professional and quick with a joke, especially as I'm nervous and prone to fainting!
The prices are very good in comparison to other dentists and the hours suit full time workers.
Highly recommend Team Dental and the light touch and great sense of humour of Kevin!!
