This is not to do with spark shops, but overall, service very slack the past week with serious issues on landline and email being cut off before the new wireless modem was received, bereavement in the family and serious health issue with my husband i find no phone. lost cell phone on night of his dad passing, no team member overly concerned about it all. No result given, then i get my overdue phone account with the late payment fee of %18.40 (even the credit card companies only charge $12.00,) then i go on line to pay before i get cut off and there is a service charge of 3%, what a joke, due to being late, first time get stung another $22.90 on top of the extra calling over the week of over $76.00 to contact family and friends to inform them of our loss. Even power company gives us a discount for being on time, but if not, a reminder, they do not charge you extra. and paying online with a credit card no extra fee's, come on spark you are a big company and do not need to do this to people your customers Wendy
