Salt on the Pier

This place has so much potential!! Just a fantastic location with an awesome view. Nice to sit outside on a sunny day. The place just needs some love and care poured into it. Would love to see this Salt on the Pier spruced up again and given a new life.

Had a really good meal here on a Thursday night, with $10 Ribs. The food was very tasty and cooked to medium rare, which was what i asked for and the rest on the plate tasted great. The manager who served us was super friendly and kind too. Would highly recommend

Staff here are friendly and attentive. The coffee is reasonably priced and tastes pretty good. The view is perfect as it is right on the beach. Venue itself is a little bit run down, but I would still visit again.

Had a very unpleasant experience here, coffee tasted like it had been burnt or just generally off. Also the service was not the best having to ask multiple times for some napkins.

Rudest management I have ever come across
We ordered our meals - no seats available so we went upstairs, informed a staff member upstairs who said that is fine and will tell the kitchen to send the meals upstairs
After 40 minutes a manager came and asked us what we were wanting to order?
We went back downstairs and were told our meals had gone cold waiting for us
We asked for a simple refund so we could leave - which was declined.

Would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs, we are $60 out of pocket from this terrible experience
