The whole process from signing up with Ray White Real Estate via Brian Shin through to completion of the house sale has been very easy. Positive feedback following each open home was much appreciated. Good communication during the sale and purchase agreement process and also possession day between the purchasers and Vendors via Brian with his friendly approachable nature made this a smooth transition. Early in October 2014 myself and partner decided we needed to sell our unit in Christchurch New Zealand as we have been living in Austraila for the past four years. We were fortunate enough to have contacted Ray White Next Step in Christchurch where our sale was handled by David Whitehead. All the worry and concerns we had on selling while we are in Austrailia were put at rest due to the professional way in which David handled both ourselves and the purchaser, he kept us fully informed, nothing was ever too much for him, the advert for the unit was amazing, couldn't believe it was the same house, he even had a good rapport with the tenant. From start to finish it was quite simply a rewarding experience and we were really fortunate to have David Whitehead handle our sale. We would certainly seek David out if we needed him in the future.
