Positive Psychology and Psychotherapy provides effective and evidence-based counselling, psychology, and psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, Our therapists have over 20 years of experience in the health and education fields. We provide in-person therapy for those in the Canterbury area and online therapy for those in the rest of New Zealand. We specialise in anxiety counselling and depression counselling. We also provide animal assisted therapy with our friendly Labradoodle and Golden Retriever dogs, as well as our Ragdoll cat. Please contact us for more information.
