I went here with my puppy who wasn't eating. The staff were super helpful and friendly they weighed my pup and advised the weight he needed to be. They offered alternative food for him to try which i bought but my puppy still wasn't interested in it! took the food back and advised pup didn't like it and they gave me a full refund which was lovely

It’s a shame they don’t have many live pets, but they have pretty much all the accessories for pets though. Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Really helpful staff with a good range of products available. Love the fresh treat bins, they have been perfect training rewards for our new dog. Great that they have a rewards programme too.
