Brent originally trained as a manufacturing jeweller and took over the business from his father. Today, Brent holds a Gemmologist Institute of America Diamond Grading Certificate and is a past New Zealand Jewellers and Watchmakers Canterbury Branch Chairman. Brent also travels throughout the world sourcing the best quality jewellery for his customers and over the last 14 years he has made regular trips to Antwerp, Belgium, the diamond capital of the world, where he hand selects exquisite diamonds for custom made rings.

i had a ring stuck on my finger and went here to get it cut off, i ended up having a bracelet cleaned and buying a new ring also. they have good quality jewellery.
the staff were friendly and well educated about all their fine jewels.
very pleasant experience shopping in this store

The staff are very friendly, and seem very knowledgable about jewellery. I took an item in to get cleaned and valued, and they made the process very quick and easy and straightforward. They have some lovely ranges of jewellery which I haven't seen at other mall based jewellers.
