Penny Black Victorian Tearoom

The service was great and they coukd do a coffee I wanted. I tried a cream horn which was lovely and the rest of our party had no complaints with their food choices. Apart from having to ask the server for servettes everything was great. Lovely surrounding decor, plenty of areas to sit, great lighting, good service and other items on the menu I woukd try.
