Staff are friendly and helpful. A huge variety of books and also gifts if you are looking for something for adults and children. Great that they offer the flybuys loyalty program as well.

I like how well laid out this store is, and how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. They have good promotions and offer flybuys. It's very conveniently located in the mall.

Picked up some stationary here that I required, I happened to come on a time where there was specials on the majority of stationary which made it a bit of a steal. The staff were very friendly and assisting, cheers

They have a good range of books, stationery, gifts and cards but the layout of the shop is not so good. It is hard to manoeuvre a pram around the store. I often find the staff to be disinterested in their customers. Definitely not a child friendly store either which is disappointing when they stock a wide range of products for children.

Great store in the shopping mall! They have a good range of books to choose from. There’s also other things to Buy like stationery, art supplies and travel accessories. The staff were friendly and helpful when giving advice to what book they recommend.
