Never seems to be enough staff working. They don't always have the products that the other stores have. When you can talk to staff they are generally nice and helpful.

Always hit and miss with service. Nobody seems interested unless you are looking at the big ticket items. Other than that great products and prices

Went here to purchase a new laptop, not too much of a laptop expert so really appreciated how knowledgeable the staff were on the features and benefits of the Apple laptop I was after. Super quick process and he was really friendly - not pushy but not unhelpful. Great service and super happy with the overall sale! Also managed to get flybuys points - so that was a bonus. Also informed me with correct info in comparison to JBHIFI who told me completely different info. Highly recommend.

Great service from the team. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is set out so things are easy to locate. Product purchased was perfect good condition exactly what was wanted.
