Muffin Break

I ordered a kids meal for my daughter. The drink was missing the straw (specific straw to use with the drink pouch) and the girl behind the counter just told me to use a normal straw which is 4times the width of the straw needed to fit in the pouch. Sat down to find the sandwich was mouldy. I was fuming by that point and took it back up to the counter. There was a lovely gentleman who served me and made a fresh sandwich, found the correct straw and apologised for all the trouble I had. He turned the visit around and I left very happy. I didn't catch his name but he was definitely the best I've come across in terms of customer service and satisfaction.

Good little shop, the muffins are usually my favourite but there’s a great variety. Coffees are delicious and come in a range of sizes. Service is generally pretty quick

Love the banana cake and a good coffee. Good staff. Nice to relax after the ms day of shopping in the centre.
