Mobil Redwood

Sorry not going back in a hurry and the pump, waiting for them to activate it, no on there, waited, waved at the assistant just looking around, she must of known i was there, then had to walk into the store to get the pump activated, you can go to Z and have the petrol pumped for you, Mobil pick up your act, lazy no service and not going back Mobil Redwood, this is not the first time this has happened by to be honest it is the last, i am not standing at a pump waiting for when it is convenient for you to let me get my petrol, i would like it when i come in, not five minutes after standing at the pump looking like an idiot, customer service is wait is important and you have none of that, so hello Z just down the road.

On mondy the 22 august at 4;30pm I stopped in for some petrol there were 3 other customers, I put in the amount lifted the pump and place it while holding into my pump I waited a while but nothing happened so I cancelled and reentered the amount and tried again looked over at the shop nothing so again I repeated the process after a long while I went into the shop and asked if there was something wrong with the pump the man sitting at the counter said no. I told him I couldnt not get it to work. Instead off coming out to help he said just move to another pump so I did At another petrol station where I got excellent sertvice what is wrong with people to lazy to walk out to the forecourt to help I am certainly not impressed

Small shop. Good location though. Easy to get in and out of. Friendly guy behind the counter.

Station is okay. shop is small but has a bit of everything you would normally get at a petrol station. staff are freindly
