Staff were very nice and welcoming, had some wonderful advice on how to keep frizz at bay on my curly hair that I still use, this was a one off visit whilst in the city and they were great.

SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR RATING BUT IT ONLY PLACED 4.5 WHEN I FIRST REVIEWED. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR!!!!
Total gem of a find for a hair salon for my children. My daughter got a botched haircut from another place and I was looking for an affordable salon to fix it. I found Kristy and after speaking to her on the phone and the time she took to answer my questions made me want to give her a try. SO glad I did. Her hair cutting skills are fast and professional, affordable and fabulous.
Kristy involved the children in the conversation about how they liked their own hair to look, whilst also making sure it was ok with me, their Mum. She was very busy, but didn't rush the service. She made sure that the end result was just as it was expected. To be honest, the hair cuts were better than expected. SO happy we went. We live in Wainoni, but it is well worth the extra travel to go to a place you know your will get a professional job done. Highly recommend for service, friendliness and affordability.

Took my elderly dad, who had been going here for many years and even followed them when they had to move premises temporarily for the earthquake repairs. They seem to not value customer loyalty or have any customer service skills. We had no idea how long we were going to have to wait as there were a number of ladies having colour treatments. No one bothered to speak to him and after waiting for half an hour, with no indication as to how much longer it would be we left. There was no aknowledgement! Will not be going back and my 93 year old Dad's custom is obviously not wanted here.
