Fantastic store. It is ginormous. Has sooo much stuff .Normally the best prices of all similar stores around. Can always find what I am after. Can always find a staff member to help me too.

Been looking for a new video recorder/cam corder. I checked out all the usual power stores first to find only harvey norman offered two. Jb hifi however had a fantastic range to chose from. I had a great staff member fill me in with plenty of info and he answered all my questions. I will be returning in the next week or 2 to make my final decision and make my purchase. Great range in genral offered in the store to.

Every time I visit this store I always get help from the very friendly staff, they are very helpful to make sure I get what I was looking for!

They have delivered on time. A late order for an extra item was as well provided for and delivered free of charge as well. Good communication from costumer services when they were pressed to provide information and assistance.

I found the staff very unhelpful. I was looking for a particular DVD series when I went in. I asked a staff member and they told me they were unsure if they had it but pointed to where I should look for it. Most shops would have helped search for it on the computer, or gone over to help look for it. They had plenty of staff in store so I'm not sure why they didn't.
