We enjoyed our meals here. The service was polite and water was brought to the table. The decor is a nice modern style, but I feel like it's lacking in the Indian cultural vibe. Food was full of flavour and was tasty.

I have been travelling a lot for my work and been to so many Indian Restaurants but nothing can beat Himalaya Restaurant food , Specially I am a fan of their Lamb RoganJosh and Naan, Great Service and Authentic Indian taste makes this place a great restaurant Being a Foodie I must say it is the best place if you are looking for Indian food in Christchurch..

We enjoyed our selection very much in particular the Kadhai Paneer and Mushroom Masala.

I have been to this place a few times , the set up and decor of this place is really quite amazing
Love the food , it’s always have been amazing and full of flavour
The meat is very tender and curries are very thick and creamy
Love their service is excellent and very quick
Waiting time on their food is minimal compared to some of other restaurants
Prices are quite cheap
Will definitely visit again
