Welcome to The Garden Restaurant - we are a buffet restaurant that provides delicious Asian and local favourite meals in the heart of Christchurch City. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, we are part of the Garden Hotel Complex and can also provide breakfast for those staying in the hotel. Our menu soups, fried food, international cuisine, seafood and carvery - but what we are really known for are our mouth-watering desserts! Be sure to try our hot date sticky pudding with custard sauce or the famous New Zealand pavlova. Our relaxed and friendly environment is perfect for any occasion - from a family meal out to an intimate meal for two. nice place, has a good range of buffet food, one of the great things is that it has a great variety of choices available. Food was decent tasting.

Who doesn't like buffets? They're great. The Gardens Restaurant is a good example, plenty of choices, good range of deserts. Recommend, cheers.

Stayed recently in Garden Hotel with my family. Great environment, best price and very friendly service. Very much enjoyed my stay there :)

Good for groups as it is cheap. Food is always hot but lacking in variety these days. Need more desserts too.

Had a nice time here. Food was good , had a good selection to choose from. Staff were good and gave good service. Easy parking. The place was nice and clean.
