Welcome to The Garden Restaurant - we are a buffet restaurant that provides delicious Asian and local favourite meals in the heart of Christchurch City. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, we are part of the Garden Hotel Complex and can also provide breakfast for those staying in the hotel. Our menu soups, fried food, international cuisine, seafood and carvery - but what we are really known for are our mouth-watering desserts! Be sure to try our hot date sticky pudding with custard sauce or the famous New Zealand pavlova. Our relaxed and friendly environment is perfect for any occasion - from a family meal out to an intimate meal for two. Great to have so many options for not a bad price either and very family friendly which is great

This is one of our family favorites. They have a wide variety of buffet food including desserts, and coffee/tea, so you are bound to find something you like. The seating and parking is plentiful, and the ambience of the restruarant is comfortable . The only negative is sometimes you have to wait in line, but expected with somewhere so popular.

Nice place, reasonable prices for great food and staff were friendly. Will return again.
