There are a panel of expert Flooring First store owners from around the country who know how tastes and needs differ in their region. They know which products are more suited to local conditions and environments (you would be surprised to learn how choice, fashion and selection differ around the country). As part of a big co-operative of people who own their own stores, we have huge bargaining power - reflected in our ever-changing special offers from leading manufacturers. Came here with dad when he was building his new house to have a look at what is on offer very easy, they helped us the whole way through helped us with what should go with what and really listened to what dad liked and didnt

Great range across all flooring aspects with colours and styles to suit everyone. We found their prices to be competitive and on par with the market. The sales team were helpful and friendly for us. Great place to get an idea of what you want to do.

Quick, efficient and courteous. What a refreshing change from the usual botch and bull treatment that passes as service in the world of carpet sales. The two ladies in the show room know what they're doing to a tee: the stock is a known entity and there is good communication between the various left and right hand operations which see the whole process going smoothly from store room to fitting. They know what they've got, you can see their stock, they know their game and it all comes together well. This is how all carpet retailing should be. Sadly, these ladies are the exception. If you are fed up with quotes that are a waste of time for carpet that doesn't exist, lazy lies, delays, botched ordering and rude, unprofessional customer service, then thank God for this store. Look no further: the carpet ladies here will see you right.

Pretty happy wit this place. they have a smaller range than other stores but their prices are reasonable.
