Ferrymead Heritage Park

Great place to take your kids for a day out. They even do special events around Halloween etc.

Great place for sharing old time. nostalgia with the kids. Love how the birds are wandering around. Great kids playground. Good to check out the Printing Press and can do activities on the spot. Generous staff. Glad that entry prices did get reduced last year and hope that remains. Our boys love the miniature train displays. Wonder if there were adult period costume dress ups available (like the school visit kids get) if that might boost the numbers when it's not a special events day?

We had a great family day out here, the steam train is great, entrance is reasonable and parking was good.

Pretty cool place to look around and see some heritage. Have gone a few times, and think it’s best to go when their is special events on like Easter etc as there now to see although it more busy. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great fun day out at Ferry mead Heritage park. It's a little off the beaten track. The prices were abit steep but the train ride was fun and lots to walk around and see and do. Friendly staff and lots of parking.
