      I'm extremely disapointed in the conduct of your staff. ESPECIALY the large lady charging around the place. I came in this morning to sell off a couple of tools surplus to my business. I was treated like an idiot and spoken down to by that "woman". I'm a multi award wining builder. I aproached EzyPawn as a means of selling surplus gear off to bypass the auction process. I will never deal with them again. I'll also be going out of my way to pass this info onto other people.

      Agreed on price for some jewelry, they offered to clean it for me and then I was to purchase, when I came back after a short while to make payment they refused to sell them to me...after seeing them cleaned the "boss" decided the agreed price was too low and the items needed to be sent off for valuation. I think it's a pretty shoddy way to do business.

      Bought some video games from them at a cheap price, although one disk was a bit scratched and therefore didn't work, the friendly staff quickly replaced it when I returned it
