Very poor customer service.Been fishing for 30 years. I bought a $600 dollar rod from here which snapped when I returned the rod I bought another half of the rod, took it out the very same day and the rod snapped again....I then had a long drive back to the shop, the staff then insinuated very rudely that it was something i was doing... You get much better service at other shops selling the same things around town..Very disappointed with the attitude at this store and service regarding damaged goods. My advice go somewhere else.

Have had a mix of experiences here. Some staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and others more focused on the sale and not the customer.
