Coffee culture is a classic when finding a cafe to visit. Always local and round the road for me which is great. Good coffee and always very friendly and attentive service. Cafe is a little on the smaller size and is quite busy, but the outdoor seating is nice on a warm day. Cabinet food is great - can be a bit pricey though. Love being able to use my culture card and saving with each purchase.

Came here on Sunday morning and had the most wonderful experience with the staff. I got the salmon bagel which was so delicious and cheap for what I got, and then I wanted an iced chai which wasn't technically on the menu but the staff were so accommodating in making it work so that I could get what I wanted. Great experience coming here all thanks to the wonderful staff

Went here with my mum. Got a coffee and a cake here. staff were friendly and polite. there was wide selection of cabinet food on display which all looked delicious. coffee was of good quality and they were happy to make extra hot. Shop was decorated well and felt very cosy.

An institution on the outskirts of Merivale. A great place to get consistent coffee and quality sandwiches / cake.
