Fantastic Gym! The staff are so warm and welcoming and always are willing to provide advice. I love the layout with cardio on one floor and weights on the other. A fantastic wide range of classes for individuals of all abilities. I highly recommend this gym

I have been a member of this gym for a year now. One of the largest gyms I have been to with plenty of equipment and facilities. friendly and gym is kept clean. It can however get really crowded during peak times with even its massive car park getting quite full

great gym, very cheap and good value for money. this gym is huge with heaps of equipment even when busy still lots available to use which i like. heaps of tv's friendly staff and guest pass.

Northwood branch is an older gym. Not the cleanest, and equipment is ageing fast.
