Took my son and his friends there for birthday payed for the delux package they paut us in the room to wait an hr for the food then i had to ask for the cake which took almost an hr was just a 2lt cookies n cream tipped upside down which i payed 18 for. Then mist my quest had to leave without the goody bags cause they lost the keys to the cupboard. No apologies nothing which was the worst part

Such a clean and inviting play area staff are lovely and super approachable the food is always good and such well priced which is great
