Caltex Redwood

Really disappointed today, called in with a Caltex gift card, cannot read the small print with my glasses, but that is not the only thing i thought let them down today. waited ages to pump my petrol, normally someone would offer to help, but i normally do it myself. Looked inside and three team were there, not a good look. Got the petrol and the service was really below average. put over my gift card and told we have not signed up for this you cannot use it, (why have a gift card with Caltex all over it and only four stations accept it. So understand, but wanted to carry on the conversation assistant not at all interested as he was tooooo busy chatting while ignoring me to anther customer who he knew, as while he walked in the door, he left my transaction to turn and take a pack of smokes out of the cabinet, when there was a perfectly capable team member that could have done this. I have actually commented on feedback about the great service you have given in the past not once but twice something so simple lets you down, I am now not interested at all to stop, there between my house is Mobile and Z, which Z actually gets the 10 out of 10 for service and assistance. It is not about the card not being able to use, it is the answers i got or did not get, because we are socializing with another customer i am the customer i am the one you should be looking at and talking too. Rude as. Really let down today and i cannot get over the rudeness totally focused on the man leaving the station they will know me i am there all the time, i do not care what they think i will not go back and tell as you do who ever is listening I would expect a new person to carry on this way , not someone who have been there a long while, while i have been getting petrol there. Sorry. As for the gift card, why would i travel twenty minutes and back for a card that is only available to use at four stations CALTEX what are you thinking , bring it out when all stations are accepting the terms and condtions
