Wasn't really impressed with staff,weren't very helpful,ordered 2 bedside tables good quality and price but took ages to be delivered

Their furniture is value for money. the quality is acceptable for that price range. friendly service.

This store have a good set up. But if you need to order anything good luck. We ordered some side tables rand the a month later just to see where they were. Got told there is no paperwork for it. Asked for them again, still didnt get a call. Wont shop here again just a waste of time.

After seeing a side table (red wire round) online, I called up and spoke to Chanel who said there was one in stock. When I arrived at the store I spoke to Jo. The table was upside down, doubling as a storage container, which I thought was great and commented on. From the beginning Jo was unfriendly and unhelpful. Upon request she reluctantly turned the table up the other way. When I spoke to her about the price (I had seen it online for $69,) she insisted it was $79 until she looked online herself. I had been keen to look around the store as I am in the process of furnishing my new home. Jo was very dismissive and uninterested, offering no further help. Had I not come into the store already determined to buy the piece if it worked, I would have happily left without completing the sale. When it came to paying I had cash but this proved too difficult, so I ended up paying by card. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. I could have easily bought other items as I am looking for a couch and bedroom items, but Jo's negativity made me less inclined. I was tempted to comment on the lack on service but didn't want to ruin my Friday. Very disappointing.

Very big store with quite a range of products. I've only ever bought a cheap mattress from here for my child's bed, which is actually quite heavy and uncomfy, so I wouldn't purchase one again, but then again it was only $99 so I guess you do get what you pay for. I really like their range of lounge suites and if I was in the market for one I'd definitely consider purchasing from here.
