I had an eye test with the, Initially I was sceptical as it seemed a bit like a factory line. They were very busy and there were people rushing everywhere. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised once I left the craziness of the reception area. Kim was a fantastic ambassador for the business. I had the most thorough eye examination . I was very impressed by his professionalism and careful attention to detail. Furthermore, I did not feel rushed and he went to great lengths to answer my questions and ensure I had all the information I needed.
It is a long time since I felt so valued as a customer. Good job you guys. 10/10 for customer service.

Very nice store. Staff are very professional. Frames are more on the expensive side though , so ended up getting those elsewhere.

a very professional optometrist. tested my eves and helped me get a new set of frames all for a reasonable price. i love my new glasses. Really friendly service
