Great service from this company from the receptionist to the guy who came out tyo fix my washing machine. Would highly recomend

Called to have a faulty dishwasher repaired. Initial phone call was good. Service man was excellent. However dishwasher not fixed even though we had to pay for it at time of repair. Dealing with Tony was a nightmare, he was rude and accommodating about suitable time to return, even though he had our money.

Came In here with my broken vacum was quick and easy just cost a bit more than expected but hey it works now so I'm pelased

Have just got off the phone to Tony. I rang him to request that I just pay for the parts( replacement cam) on my F&P fridge instead of paying whole bill i.e labour, (I want to get an actual F&P tech out) as these guys have been out twice to fix my fridge and still no joy with the doors closing properly. When he discovered that I had not paid my bill yet ( and the repair is only approx a week old), he was not happy and insisted that I had to pay my bill and they do not run accounts (even month long ones!). I was ringing him to come to an agreement on the bill so that I can get someone else out to fix my fridge a after 2 visits you'd think they could fix it!
Do not use these guys, he was more interested in his bill than doing his job and fixing my fridge.....why should I pay the bill if you haven't fixed my fridge!

I had to this company to sort out a faulty dish drawer. They seemed to know what they were talking about and did a good job.
