      Absolutely outstanding service. Dropped my camera in for repair and was told 7-10 days to repair. Email the next day to say it was finished along with sensor clean, firmware update and 90 days warranty. Would have to be the best service in NZ

      I called about a problem with a Nikon camera. I called the lady Madam because she did not day her name. Then she said "Don't patronise me" and hung the phone up. The most unprofessional service from a service agent I ever had. Because of you I sold my camera and brought a Cannon.

      Have made a formal complaint to Nikon about your unprofessional service.

      Had a stepdown ring jammed on a filter. I couldn't get it undone, and neither could anyone else. Took it in they fixed it immediately, could not have been nicer and didn't even charge. Highly recommended.
