I went in to buy a cellphone. The staff member working on a cabinet ignored me. I got attention from another staff member. I said which phone I was interested in but despite a sales ticket on display, there was no demonstration model. He had very limited knowledge of the phone but said that he could order one in and wanted me to pay despite my not having seen the actual phone. When I refused payment they found a way to deal with that. When I went in to collect the phone and by this time the phone had come down by $50. Thank goodness I hadn't paid!
