good sized premises full of a nice range of items the prices are reasonable to hire the staff are welcoming and will show you and teach you what you need to know so you can take it home and be confident in using it the items are well maintained and cared for as well a great place to hire from thanks

Absolutely professional and thorough service. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and my Doctor is so kind, she is friendly and takes the time to help you, rather than pushing you along. Very clean and immaculately presented.

The team goes above and beyond their call of duty, and they have a friendly yet knowledgeable group of staff. They endeavour to ensure that you understand how to use the equipment, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Nothing is ever too much of a hassle.

Awful! From the moment of arrival expect to be treated terribly. The reception staff are rude, unfriendly, sour-faced and simply foul to interact with, they look you up and down, and talk down to you every time you visit without fail. Nurses seem ok, but the Doctors rush you in and out as fast as possible, dont listen and barely pay attention when you speak. The service from Cambridge Medical Centre is not worth the absolute rip-off prices!
