      friendly efficient service, lovely matched wines - standout dish was the tuna tataki but all delicious. Great value as well. They also do 2,3 course set menus. Highly recommend.

      Beautiful surroundings- feels like you are so far away from Auckland but it is only a stone throw away. We had the 5 course degustation menu and we could find no fault for a fine dining experience. Friendly staff, great olives and oils, on par food, fine dining environment.

      Our mains, my partner got the pork belly which he found flavoursome and filling. For myself I got the beef and it just pulled away so easy with my fork and was absolutely delicious. All our food was well presented and we enjoyed our meals.

      Not quite as amazing now after the change in chef a couple of years ago, however still a fantastic restaurant with an amazing setting. Also do a great lunch where you can get picnic baskets to take amongst the olive grove - add a couple of glasses of wine on a warm summers afternoon and magic!
