If you are looking to rent a property do not use these guys. We were all set to rent a very expensive property and was transferring our bond money from the UK they could not wait. We had nothing but agents hassling us telling us we would loose the property. They was very proactive in phoning us about 5 times a day asking for the bond money. We said if there was someone else interested it just wasn't meant to be. After three days of these agents harassing us we pulled out. Two months later the property was still up for rent! Makes you wonder what they would be like as agents!
