Run by friendly and helpful staff with a great selection of pokies in there separate gaming room located just beside the main bar room .

Stayed here for one night, passing through. Although the facilities were fairly tired, they were sufficient for the night, and worth the cheap price.

I used to love this restaurant, the food was amazing and it was always a joy to eat there. But lately the service has been very slow, and the food hasn't been great. The staff are under trained, and do not know how to do basic tasks such as splitting the bill. I was very disappointed as this used to be my favourite restaurant in Balclutha.

If an indication of how good a place is by the number of locals (or general customers( then this place should be OK. We didn't have to wait too long for meals, but mine was late, but when I asked they quickly got it sorted. I can't say I was blown away by the food, but good pub food.

I was bullied by staff and management when I was employed there.
