Yaruki Japanese Restaurant

Went on a recommendation from someone who lives nearby. Very enjoyable. Great choices, nicely executed and very tasty. Seemed popular with families when we were there for an early sitting and they seemed to supply activities and toys for younger diners. Wouldn't hesitate to go again for a casual, enjoyable and reasonably priced Japanese meal.

Yaruki is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been too in Auckland. The owner is super friendly and I love the family atmosphere. Recommend this place to friends all the time.

Loved the atmosphere and quality of the food served here. I appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of the waitress too.

Really nice place to go for a meal

If you are looking for a small romantic restaurant this is the place to go. The food is amazing, presentation is fantastic, comes in little boats and is fresh and filling. The staff are attentive and always very welcoming. Comfortable seating, lighting is just right and music is fitting. The whole place is covered in Japanese trinkets and pictures of people who have dined there, really very different and special than other places, my fav place to eat on the shore!
