Wine Chambers

Came here with a GrabOne deal. The decor and ambience does not look cheap, but it wasn't working for me. Some of the food was quite nice, and some OK. The Truffle Mushroom Risotto was really delicious. Pork Belly was just OK. The menu, and especially the mains, are pretty much just standard affair--not much creativity with what is on offer. For a restaurant at this price, They could use just a bit of a splash of personality or creativity with not all, but at least some of what's on offer. It feels like there is no real foodie working here.

The service was polite and good. The price with a GrabOne is not bad. If you go I would make sure to get that as it can be half off normal price of your meal.

What became really obvious is the reason to go here is for the wine, not the food. The wine list on offer (much of which is expensive) was very, very extensive. The rest of what they have is not bad.

My friend treated us for his birthday dinner here. Didn’t expect there is a private dining room which seats 10-12 in the end of the restaurant. We have 3 course meal and very satisfied with the taste, portion and ambience. Its just a bit hard to find parking around this area so you might need to park further and walk here with your nice dinner outfit.

The chambers platter with goat cheese arancini, lamb meetballs, deep friend squid, tuna tartar was delicious. Great to have with a couple of drinks. I also tried the beef eye fillet and that was very enjoyable and well made as well.The staff was friendly and the overall service was great.Worth to try. Will be back.
