      I had teeth whitening. The process was fully explained on the form and also by the practitioner. My only comment was that on the form it said I would have an assessment of the shade level before and after the process and this did not happen.

      Also, finding the practice was not easy being upstairs. It would have been much easier had I been given more instructions on actual street location i.e. "look between this shop and that shop then go upstairs etc"; before my appointment.

      Otherwise fairly happy. I would have the laser treatment done again. Thanks.

      For a 2 pm Saturday afternoon appointment that i was not looking forward to it turned out to be as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. A lovely dentist and assistant and I'm very happy with my teeth - although i have a lot more work to have done.
